VOLUNTEER PROJECT

On the right, moving photos from our November weekend. A BIG thank-you to all who came and helped lay cobblestones, cleared the ditch and generally enjoyed the mud!

We are looking for volunteers willing to give a day, a week, weekends (2nd Weekend every month) or longer.

This autumn/ winter (2009/10), we are carrying out general conservation work, particularly cobbling the yard, and hedge and ditch renovation.

In the spring/summer (2010) we can offer you opportunities to learn how to build with Cob (clay, hogging and straw), repair flint walls, make and fit oak shingles, split hazel and more .....
